Walk of Shame; Ugly Shoe (Friday, Aug. 5 2005)
Generally, Marc Jacob's shoes are too chunky to be very attractive. But this particular Mary Jane adds a Drag Show of color to the mix. The clown-colored canvas shoe was $270, but is now marked down over 50%.
I've been scouring eBay this whole week, and have found goldmines for you. I also poured over authenticity, and have learned a lot. (I cannot officially endorse any of these bags, though.)

The most beautiful item is by independent designer, Mary Frances, whom won Accessory Designer of the Year from the Dallas Fashion Awards. And for good reason; this tweed Coquette clutch is the most stunning I've seen in my pursuits!

I love
Isabella Fiore for their playful, creative use of color and texture. They use bold accents and daring details. I could go on and on. My favorite handbag of theirs, this past season, sold out quickly from stores. Finally, there are new items for Fall. I like this whimsical
Ruched Hobo with charms. Check it and the rest of her
collection out; you'll gawk and stare as minutes tick by. The design distinction never ends.
Kate Spade is like the independent designer who made a name for herself. Some of her styles are so boutique-homemade-like. This bag, the Topsy, I really like. It has a lovely designed-shape in soft sateen natural-toned cotton with an earthy coral-branch design and matching colored leather trim. The
roomy summer tote is on sale at
Nordstrom, down from nearly $300 to under
$147. I also noticed a pink bag going on
eBay, as an authentic, it's a steal.
