With probable fears of crime and hanging on to our dear valuables looming more than ever, combined with who-knows-what untold other little micro-now ways of life, cross body bags have become more appealing than ever. We could get soo excited about model Lydia Hearst's new bag for Puma, a re-do of last year's now called the Lydia 2 Holiday Bag, a multi-function bag in either black with blue trim or silver. The bags aren't too expensive at $120, and yet they are for "environmentally-friendly material" or pleather? (Unconfirmed.) Which actually isn't eco-friendly, due to the manufacturing process of plastic. Hmm.

Let's get right to it. The bag looks totally cute and fresh with that very Miu Miu/Prada ruching, until one sees it from just the wrong angle (left). The ruching part sticks out in a trés poofy way. It looks weird, but it functions as an outer zipper compartment that even has its own zippered pocket inside.

Wow, Zazzle has really improved their stock canvas totes for creative sellers to put their designs on to sell. I've just received word that they have lots of Trick-or-Treat designs to use for totin' candy stashes, or even by adults as Holiday market totes. They have two different orange-accented bags (not to mention an orange-y floral and black, natch), which is great, too.
The bags are 100% cotton, no mention of organic, but it's still pretty good. Go Zazzle, go good eatin'!

I was on the hunt for a camera case for ... oh probably years. Especially with my camera turning on and wasting battery if I take it anywhere with the batt left in. Ugh. Just recently, I also decided I needed a new digital camera, a small one with a "macro" setting. Now not only does my new camera do away with my cam problems, is on beat with modern technology & fun other settings in addition to macro, and it comes in pink(!) but it doesn't even turn on randomly due to its optical lens features.
Still, when I found the cam, things just *clicked* into place and I found the perfect little case! I just realized - despite aspirations toward the contrary - that I haven't actually posted about a single laptop bag! Well, that simply must change!
It's so hard to find a fashionable laptop tote, and even the "feminine" ones simply have a splash of pink and that's all. Well, this Case Logic - "Fashion Tote" / Laptop Case
may not be haute couture, but it's pretty snazzy and trendy for a laptop case!
Featuring neat side decos and a horizontal belt, this brown or black tote is sized at 18" x 13". Excuse me while I say, "yowzas!" That's a bit large for my frame and therefore gives more space than needed for any laptop I'd buy (I am currently in the market). But the style, itself, looks like a fashion handbag, and not just a *machine transportation case*. That is always much-appreciated.
The possible catch: It's made of a synthetic: microfiber, but it should be sturdy enough (boy, though, would I overuse it).

Clutches, clutches, clutches. I know we're seeing a lot of that for the holiday season (and we're not done, yet!), but I've got something different for you---very different. It's the perfect way to give--to charity--while receiving (and saving!).
