Cheap and chic at $8.99, and nothing's cooler than a scarf suitable for spring. Like this light jersey accessory. Seems nautical returns to shore every summer, and this may be an updated way to do that sooo done ruffle thang. Mostly I'm really feeling some ruffle along the bustline, and this is one of the cutest ways to do it!

Bubble hem. Silk/cotton. Made in the USA of imported material.

The bottom of this dress is perfectly done-up in giant rosettes (not only a big trend but gorgeous) that it seems to me a kind of shame the top and middle are so plain. I think the plain silk material wouldn't let any flaws show through. However I can't get over the wow effect / fashion porn of the fab gathers of fabric on the bottom.

(Note, this dress looks even better in HD, if you can manage to view it that way. You know it's good if it passes HD!)
