Fug Style: You too can be a sad clown

I love a good ruffle, but I think the key word there is "good". No one at Kate Spade noticed they should have halted production on this blouse, right, due to its "sad clown" nature.

While not the worst fashion ever, should one really dare sport this laughable top?
