Designers of possibly any level and fashion entrepreneurs alike, you might want to pay attention to Lady Gaga ... and what she may like. Because, well, the world is goo-goo-eyed for the Gaga.

First, Forbes magazine recognizes,
"Lady Gaga isn't the music industry's new Madonna. She's its new business model."

While you or I may not agree that the auditory arts should be so visual as to steal 99% focus away from the music, if you're in fashion, business, etc. you should put that ideal aside when it comes to seeking success.
"On his blog, Lady Gaga’s stylist Nicola Formichetti, who is also the Creative Director of Dazed & Confused and Fashion Director of Vogue Hommes Japan, has credited the outfits worn by Ms. Gaga in every shot of the Bad Romance video, in the same way that one might see editorial credits in fashion magazines. Given the original Alexander McQueen connection, it’s not surprising that many of the fashion credits in this case go to Mr. McQueen, but Formichetti has also dressed Ms. Gaga in clothes by young designers from around the world, including London-based milliner Nasir Mazhar and American designer Benjamin Cho, providing these new talents with a powerful PR platform that brings fashion into the digital age. In this way, Ms. Gaga may now be the single most powerful editorial machine for fashion designers looking for mass exposure." -Iman Amed, businessoffashion.com

Indie visionaries may see themselves fit with Gaga often, but for most of us with more normal aesthetics, we may have to get abnormally creative or become little spies on the Lady to predict what she might buy and hopefully wear. One little on-the-street spot would take probably more than a ton of luck, but would likely prove worthy of any financial investment and any taken risk to get ... on Gaga.

Now to get in a video ... seems nearly impossible unless one designs wearable architecture or well, while high.
I have my own ideas but of course - I won't share. ;-)
