One cool product, in the trendy category of belts, is the Crazy Stitch Belt by The Machine Stops. It's an original (although I ordered a similar belt, yes you can special order from most sellers/creators on Etsy) and definitely different from everything you usually see on the streets. Plus, you're supporting indie artists and giving your money to accessory makers that aren't big conglomerates for a change. There are so many reasons to shop indie, but you really don't need many when you fall in love with a piece. That's one bit of beauty about Etsy, there's something for everyone.
